HOW IS ANTLER FARMS NEW ZEALAND PRIMAL PACK PROCESSED?
Antler Farms Primal Pack is is sourced from top grade, 100% grass fed New Zealand cows.
We begin with the best source – 100% grass fed cows in the beautiful Canterbury Plains of New Zealand. Here, our cows are raised outdoors and feed on lush, green pasture year round. New Zealand’s climate, clean air and plentiful water are perfect for raising cows that are naturally robust and healthy.
Antler Farms Primal Pack ingredients are freeze dried to ensure its beneficial nutrients remain preserved and highly bioactive.
Our New Zealand cattle are visually inspected before and after slaughter to ensure that the cow and its organs are in perfect health and that there are no signs of disease. The heart, kidney, liver and the bone & marrow are freeze dried using a clinical, hygienic process which does not use excessive heat or chemicals. Cold processing ensures that the organ’s beneficial nutrients remain preserved and highly bioactive.
Our New Zealand Primal Pack is 100% pure, clean and undefatted, with no added fillers or binders.
New Zealand has strict guidelines for the husbandry and general care of its livestock. The use of rBGH is completely banned in New Zealand.
THE FORGOTTEN VALUE OF ORGAN MEATS
OUR PALEOLITHIC ANCESTORS
When it comes to eating meat, the typical Western diet is limited to muscle tissue while the rest of the animal is largely ignored. This is the opposite of what our Paleolithic ancestors did. Traditionally, organ meats were never discarded. They were highly prized parts that were consumed regularly.
NATURAL PREDATORS KNOW
We can take our cue by looking at nature. When predators such as lions and wolves bring down prey, they consume the organs first, starting with the liver. Instinctively they know heart, liver and kidney provide the greatest source of nutrition (muscle tissue is the last to be consumed).
THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SOURCE
It is well known that unhealthy cows, such as grain-fed animals from factory farms, yield similarly poor quality organs. We source from 100% grass fed New Zealand cows so you can be confident that you are getting the highest quality, most nutrient-dense beef organ supplement.
