Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for customers outside the European Union. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days after receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Remain in its original packaging.
- Have all safety seals, labels, and packaging intact.
- Include proof of purchase or order information.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our customer support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when received.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, expired, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order details and supporting photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened vitamins or dietary supplements.
- Used healthcare products.
- Opened eye drops or personal care products.
- Products without original packaging or safety seals.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product arrived damaged.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product has a confirmed defect.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you need a different product, the fastest solution is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after the return has been approved.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
Certain health and hygiene products may not be eligible for return once opened, including supplements, vitamins, eye care products, and personal care items, where permitted by applicable regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
